Sy mmg x pernah tgk TBL before nie...ade la dgr2 org ckp...entah camne tetibe 1 day nie tertekan channel 702 ni and tgk smpai habis TBLA..mase tu perasaan rase m'buak2 nk kurus...sbb tgk dorang yg lg besar dr saye boleh turun every week!!!paling busuk pun 5 kg mesti turun...mase tu dah terpikir2..
"aku 70 kg, kalo every week turun dlm 2 kg, if sebulan dah 62 kg"
hmmm..tapi the hardest part is...nak EXERCISE!!!ituee la yg liat sekali!!Tgk d contesntant tu mcm nak mati je...i can feel dorang nyer kesakitan...mase d trainer push utk dorang lari, buat different exercises tu mmg sakit.sy mmg xpernah la nak suke exercise! sy mmg mandom ok...sejak dari sekolah lg...(even mase tu kurus, berat 47 kg), tapi mmg sy tak active and mmg liat nk exercise...aku ingt lagi kalo time2 skool dulu kan ade hari sukan...so everyone kene mcm collect point utk rumah sukan kan?then dorang bagi mase dlm 20 minit..so ko kene smpai finishing line before 20 minit..and I NEVER PASSED it!hahah..lawak kan?badan kecik pun still xlepas...stamina mmg lemah gile..compared to my friends...bile dah senior sket...pandai pulak escape...aku yg akan volunteer utk jadi org2 yg menguruskan hal2 lain....nak lari...SORRY!! ;p
ok..back to TBLA ni...bile tgk ni aku mcm teruja nk try...kebetulan my bff ade join one fitness club, and ade one day ni die ajak aku g try exercise kt situ...mmg rezeki la nk try. nak harap aku menonong je pegi sensorang mmg xde kekuatan laaaa...sampai bebile pun takkan kot!? sbb aku bukan jenis berani nk try...lagi2 lah bab2 exercise n mengeluarkan peluh ni kan?hahahah..
tp before pergi tu,aku takut gak "boleh ke aku exercise, mampu ke? tak pengsan ke" and aku paling takut aku ternangis mase exercise sbb aku mmg xlarat sgt nk exercise..tak pernah nk exercise gile2 mcm TBLA tu.hahahaha...tapi aku kuatkan hati...and mase masuk tu mmg rase semacam...best sgt.tgk ade tempat rest, and boleh buat air sendiri..tgk locker room, ade TV, equipment yg canggih2 mcm kt TBLA!hehehehe...seronok...!! :) the first equipment yg aku try is treadmill...ehehhe...mase tu xlarat sgt...so jalan je la..pastu try cross-trainer, and dumbell kot?dlm 1 hour then g mandi kt shower die...rase besttttttt gile lepas exercise and g mandi air panas kan???refreshing btol!!!! sejak tu la aku mule berjinak2 dgn...

sejak hari tu, exercise is part of my life.kalau tak exercise mmg tak sah!rase badan berat je ;) and for the first time, aku rase sgt best...sbb aku boleh makan macam org biase, but still I'M LOSING WEIGHT!!
ni aku ikut nasihat trainer TBLA tu..Kristy :) die cakap "u have to eat in order to lose wieight, because u need energy to exercise" YUP, TRUE!!!! imagine, bile ko x makan, mcm mane nk ade energy utk exercise...mesti lemaaaahhh je, nak jalan pun tak larat ape tah lagi nk lari...BUT the most important is ur..
PORTION! try reduce kan amount yg ko amik..cnth mcm nasi..amik la nasi separuh..and lebih kan lauk2...lauk mkn byk takpe.. :) nasi tetap ado...(aku mmg xleh xmakan nasi...xtau la camne org lain boleh kurus and tahan...tapi seriously aku mmg takleh...da 6 taun cube..tak tau la kalo taun ke-7 tetibe boleh pulak kan? ;p)

Btw, Selama 6 tahun before ni, bukan tak pernah aku try diet...mcm2 die aku try - diet tak makan nasi, diet carbohydrate, atkins diet...amik supplement, amik so-called "food for weight-management" yg famous...tapi TAK PERNAH BERJAYA!! lagi stress ade la...sebab "terpakse" menahan diri tak amik semua2 ni..bile tengok org2 lain boleh makan sesuka hati yet still kurus, buat aku rase give up!!then, ape lagi, bile stop...SELERA MAKAN BERTAMBAH2 and mule la badan naik menggila!
so...sesuai sgt dgn tajuk blog ni..
